This fabulous water sprinkler is excellent for having good control of how much water you squeeze onto you fibres and can be more gentle than any other method.  It has fine holes in the spout for more even distribution of your soap solution.  Simply squeeze the bulb before you submerge the spout in water and release and the water is sucked into the bulb, approx 200 mls.  It is quick and easy to refil.  I particurlary like to use this whilst making fine nuno felts but it is good for all techniques of felting.
