Shipping Policy

Delivery will be via Myhermes, please contact me if you wish to have an alternative carrier. 

I am not at my studio every day so mail will be sent out usually on a Monday or a Friday each week.  I may be able to do this on another day depending on my studio time rest of week.  

Please note that since I am based in the UK, all of my prices are stated in British pounds and include VAT (sales tax) at the current UK rate

Return & Exchange Policy

I gladly accept returns and exchanges, please contact me within 3 days of delivery and you will need to dispatch items back within 7 days of delivery.

 

I don't accept cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Digital downloads

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item is faulty.   The item has to be returned in its original condition and the buyer is also responsible for any loss in value or loss in transit.
