My Customer Care Policy is based on my belief that all of my customers have the right to be treated with respect, fluidity and efficiency.   My aim, is to offer a high level of customer service that shows I care to ensure a pleasant experience by my customers and students .

 

I am committed to providing an exceptional service, which gives best value for money. As part of that commitment I will continue to develop and define ways in which I can enhance and monitor the effects of the delivery service and to ensure that the outcome of this is what our customers want and indeed expect.

 

It is always my intention to get things right first time, but should I get anything wrong I want my customers to feel comfortable about discussing any issues that may arise, so please contact me, immediately. This helps to stop any discord developing, gives me a better insight into understanding customer's needs, and the opportunity to put things right as quickly as possible.

 

Building long term excellent relationships with my customers and students is in keeping with my `vision' to become a recommended fibre and course supplier within the United Kingdom. Always striving to constantly improve customer care, and keep our customers happy, satisfied and loyal

Return & Exchange Policy

I gladly accept returns and exchanges, please contact me within 3 days of delivery and you will need to dispatch items back within 7 days of delivery.

 

I don't accept cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Digital downloads

  • ​

Conditions of return

​

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item is faulty.   The item has to be returned in its original condition and the buyer is also responsible for any loss in value or loss in transit.

Wholesale Inquiries

At this current time I do not offer goods for sale by Wholesale.  However, I am always open for discussion for any hand dyed or hand made items.  Please send your enquires via my contact form.
